SHIPPING POLICY

All Fugue State items are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, most orders arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some items may be produced or fulfilled from different locations. Because of this, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive available tracking information for each shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Fugue State currently ships within the United States only. International shipping may become available in the future.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Fugue State is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
