Frequently asked questions
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Every Fugue State item is made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination.
Some items may ship separately or internationally. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is on the way.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because each Fugue State item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind. Please review the product measurements and sizing information before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
WHY IS EVERYTHING MADE TO ORDER?
We produce each item only after it's been ordered.
Making products this way helps reduce unnecessary waste and allows us to focus on quality instead of maintaining excess inventory.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Fugue State currently ships within the United States. Additional regions may be added in the future.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Every product includes a size guide with garment measurements.
If you're between sizes or prefer a more oversized fit, we recommend sizing up. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
