Because Fugue State items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, changes of mind, or items ordered by mistake. Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after purchase. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
